Arena, Sol y Aretes! Earring Workshop

​Latinas Social Club ladies, we are so excited for this one 💕 Arena, Sol y Aretes is our beach-themed earring workshop and it’s going to be such a fun, creative afternoon.

​We’re partnering with Sylene’s Gems, a Latinx-owned business, who will guide us step by step in creating our own polymer clay earrings. No experience needed, just come ready to relax, create, and enjoy the moment.

​All materials will be provided, and you’ll be able to design earrings that feel completely you. We’ll have a variety of cutters, mostly beach-inspired, with a few extra options mixed in so you can get creative. You’ll have enough clay to make at least two pairs (or more depending on the size and style you choose).

​✨ Everything you need to create your earrings:

• ​Polymer clay

• ​Tools and materials for designing and shaping

• ​A variety of beach-inspired cutters

• ​Multiple hook/hardware options

• ​Assembly and finishing of your pieces

​Please take into account that this event will take about 3 to 4 hours, so plan your time accordingly. We’ll be creating, chatting, and enjoying the process together, so it’s definitely a full experience!!!!

​🐚 Please Note: Your ticket covers only the supplies and all materials needed to create your earrings

​🍴 Venue & Dining: This event will be held at a local Mexican -they serve delicious Mexican food and specialty drinks you’re going to love. Food and drinks are not included with the event—any purchases are at your own expense.

​Spaces are limited—reserve your spot and let’s brew some magic together! ✨

​**The instructor will be primarily English-speaking, but no worries-we’ll have amigas there to help translate if needed! ✨

​Moving forward, we will not be taking requests to sit with specific individuals. For this event, there will be a pre-arranged seating chart designed to help everyone feel comfortable and included. We kindly ask that you complete all registration questions, especially the language preference section, so we can seat you accordingly and create the best experience for everyone.

​** NON-REFUNDABLE PAYMENTS **

​We know plans can change, so if something comes up and you're unable to attend, just let our admins know via email [email protected], at least 7 days prior to the event. This way, we can adjust our preparations accordingly and you won't be marked as a no-show. Please note, that it is NOT possible to get a refund, it is also not allowed to sell or transfer your spot to another member or event. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

​​No Show Policy

• ​​Free Events: Missing 2 free events results in a 6-month ban.

• ​​Paid Events: Missing 1 paid event results in a 6-month ban.

• ​​Combination: Missing 1 free and 1 paid event results in a 6-month ban.

• ​​Three Combined No Shows: Missing any combination of 3 events results in removal and a ban.

​** PAYMENT OPTIONS**

​Chicas de Latinas Social Club, estamos demasiado emocionadas por este evento 💕 Arena, Sol y Aretes es nuestro taller de aretes con temática de playa y será una tarde súper divertida y creativa.

​Estaremos colaborando con Sylene’s Gems, un negocio Latinx, quien nos guiará paso a paso para crear nuestros propios aretes de arcilla polimérica. No necesitas experiencia, solo ven lista para relajarte, crear y disfrutar el momento.

​Todos los materiales estarán incluidos y podrás diseñar aretes totalmente a tu estilo. Tendremos una variedad de moldes, la mayoría con temática de playa, y algunas opciones adicionales para que puedas ponerte creativa. Tendrás suficiente arcilla para hacer al menos dos pares (o más, dependiendo del tamaño y estilo que elijas).

​✨ Incluye todo lo necesario para crear tus aretes:

• ​Arcilla polimérica

• ​Herramientas y materiales de trabajo

• ​Variedad de moldes (inspirados en la playa)

• ​Diferentes opciones de ganchos/herrajes

• ​Ensamble y acabado de tus piezas

​Ten en cuenta que este evento durará aproximadamente de 3 a 4 horas, así que planifica tu tiempo. Vamos a estar creando, conversando y disfrutando juntas, así que será toda una experiencia ✨

​🍴 Lugar y comida: Este evento se llevará a cabo en un restaurante mexicano local que tiene comida deliciosa y bebidas especiales que te van a encantar. La comida y las bebidas no están incluidas; cualquier consumo es por cuenta propia.

​Los espacios son limitados, así que asegura tu lugar y vamos a crear algo lindo juntas ✨

​La instructora hablará principalmente inglés, pero no te preocupes, tendremos amigas que pueden ayudar con la traducción si es necesario ✨

​Por favor ten en cuenta que, en adelante, no estaremos tomando solicitudes para sentarse con personas específicas. Para este evento habrá una asignación de asientos previamente organizada para que todas se sientan cómodas e incluidas. Te pedimos que completes todas las preguntas de registro, especialmente la de preferencia de idioma, para poder asignarte un asiento adecuado y crear la mejor experiencia para todas 💕

• ​​Dos Eventos Gratuitos Perdidos: Si no se cancela por correo electrónico (al menos 3 días antes) a [email protected], resultará en una restricción de seis meses para eventos gratuitos.

• ​​Ausencia en Evento Pagado: Una ausencia resulta en una prohibición de seis meses para futuros eventos pagados.

• ​​Tres Ausencias: Cualquier combinación de eventos gratuitos o pagados resultará en la expulsión del grupo y la exclusión de todos los eventos futuros.
