About Speaker: I, Buse Taskin, have completed my bachelor and master degrees in Groningen University, the Netherlands, and specialized in Technology Law and Innovation, and particularly focusing on laws governing AI products, and how their regulatory obligations translate into practice for companies and users. I currently lead legal and compliance work on the company's AI platform, advising my team on AI governance and regulatory compliance. 

About Webinar: This session pairs two AI governance frameworks with two distinct legal questions. The LLM Guardrails Evaluation Toolkit is examined through the lens of transparency - what testing results a company is practically obligated to disclose, to whom, and when, once or if its safeguards are imperfect. The Agentic AI Risk Control Matrix is examined through the lens of liability prevention - as AI autonomy increases, traditional accountability breaks down, and the question becomes what evidence a company needs on hand to defend itself once an autonomous system's actions cause harm. Each topic is anchored by a live interactive case, turning an otherwise abstract legal question into a challenge that the audience has to deal in real time.
