Through gentle breath, movement, and touch practices, you will awaken the life force that sits in your pelvic bowl. This current of aliveness will begin to snake and rise through your whole nervous system, bringing you back to a state of full bodied bliss.
This is a bottom-up approach to healing, where Eros becomes the guide to your deepest reclamation, and path of authenticity. These practices are soft, yet potent.
Your nervous system, when held in a space of feeling safe and loved, will begin to release the grip and tension. In this state of embodied surrender, erotic energy can be enlivened through subtle practices. As you soften into this pleasure, releasing patterns of hustling through it or tensing for more, you will feel celebrated in your sensitivity and sink into feeling so delicious in your body. The subtle pressure of feeling like you need to do something will melt, and the feeling of being deeply at home within yourself will arise.
Poetry may begin to pour through you, clarity with questions that have been present in your life, and new ideas sparked through this nectar of creativity. Eros will become a fuel that supports, and guides.

Guiding you to expand your capacity to meet and honor yourself exactly as you are ; she facilitates rituals for women to re-pattern past wounds and ruptures, into reclaimed states of pleasure.
She spent four years studying trauma-informed somatic healing, womb wisdom yoga, and tantra in Bali, Greece, and Mexico ; and is now creating spaces in NYC and retreats around the world for women to feel connected in sisterhood, celebrated in their feminine essence, and alive with eros.
