🎉 RUN-N-RAVE is a 7AM PARTY that powers your day 🎉
It's all about connection, community, and having fun.
We run slow enough for ALL LEVELS. And we mean it! If anyone can't keep up, we slow down. Nobody left behind.
Whether you're an experienced runner or just getting started, shy, loud, hyped or even a lil hungover, everyone is welcome.
✨ WHAT TO EXPECT:
📍 MEET AT: CIC Berlin, Lohmühlenstraße 65, a thriving innovation space and our RUN-N-RAVE home! (more info below)
⏰ WHEN: Every Thursday at 7:00 AM sharp
🎒 YES to: Bag drop, coffee, showers, and free coworking
📅 THE BREAKDOWN:
7:00 AM – Roll up, drop your bag, sip some coffee and get warm ☕
7:15 AM – 20-minute city run, 3.5km at slow poke pace, nobody left behind! 🏃♀️
7:35 AM – Strength, stretch, sweat! 10 min community workout 💪
8:00 AM – Breakfast, beats & boogie back at Coco Café 🎶🍳
9:00 AM – Free showers + coworking 🚿💻
