Q3 Theme: Building Continuously Improving AI Systems

Nearly every enterprise has now shipped something powered by AI. Far fewer have built the machinery that makes it measurably better every week. Join 150 to 200 senior AI and engineering leaders for an evening on the harness, the evals, the metrics, and the feedback loops that separate systems that compound from systems that quietly degrade.

The hard part is no longer the demo. Shipping an AI system is now table stakes. What separates the teams pulling ahead from the teams stuck at seventy percent is whether they built the infrastructure of improvement: the harness, the evaluation frameworks, the quality metrics that actually mean something, the feedback loops, and regression testing for systems that refuse to be deterministic.

Almost nobody discusses this publicly. It is unglamorous, and the people who have solved it are busy. That is exactly why we are putting it on stage.

What we will go deep on:

🔧 Harness design. How teams instrument AI systems so improvement is measured rather than felt.

📊 Evaluation frameworks. Building evals that survive contact with production instead of becoming theater.

🎯 Quality metrics beyond accuracy. What leaders actually track when outputs are probabilistic.

🔁 Feedback loops. Converting user signal, human review, and failure cases into a real improvement flywheel.

🛡️ Regression testing for non-deterministic systems. Shipping with confidence when the same input can produce different outputs.

What You Get Out of the Evening

🎤 A panel of practitioners, not presenters. People who have built and operated these systems at scale, answering real questions.

💡 The Perspective Pivot. Bring a problem you are actually stuck on. Leave with ideas from peers who have solved a version of it.

🤝 High-caliber networking. Your peer group from Amazon, Apple, Cisco, Google, IBM, Intel, LinkedIn, Meta, Microsoft, NVIDIA, Pinterest, Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow and Snowflake.

🔒 A room without noise. No vendors working the crowd. No sales from the stage.

Who Can Attend

🚀 By approval only, and stricter this quarter.

Seating for Q3 is meaningfully more limited than our recent Clubs, so approval will be tighter than it has been in the past.

For this session, admission is limited to:

  • Senior Director level and above in Engineering and Product

  • Staff and Distinguished Engineers and equivalent senior individual contributors

  • Investors at Principal level and above at AI and deep tech focused funds

Current or recent (within three years) leaders in these roles are eligible.

Approval decisions are based on your LinkedIn profile, so please make sure the profile linked to your registration is current, or we may not be able to approve you.

Capacity is limited, past Clubs have sold out, and this one will likely close early. Register now.

Past Speakers Include

Manohar Paluri (Meta), Pravir Gupta (Google Cloud), Dwarak Rajagopal (Snowflake), Armand Ruiz (IBM), Bob Friday (Juniper Networks), Burak Gokturk (Google Cloud AI), Anil Kamath (Adobe), Mita Mahadevan (Pinterest), Nenshad Bardoliwalla (ServiceNow), Emrecan Dogan (Glean), Svetlana Sicular (Gartner), Siddharth Shah (Palo Alto Networks), and many more.
