About Event

Join us for an evening of music, poetry, and storytelling—raising our voices for peace, justice, and solidarity. 🫒

There are no words that can hold the weight of the atrocities, the lost lives, the injustices. But we can find words for what we still share—the love, the solidarity in grieving, in resisting, in remembering, and in imagining a world where dignity, and freedom for all is possible.

At Creative Play, we believe that sharing stories through art allows us to listen from the heart rather than the mind.

How do we move beyond blame and build bridges of understanding and compassion? How do we hold space for both grief and hope?

The abundance we co-create from this event will be shared with artists and poets in Gaza and others working to sustain creativity in the harshest of conflict zones. We will be fundraising for Gaza Poets Society, and other initiatives supporting Palestinian artists.

The event is free of charge.

We’ll prepare tea and drinks—come with an open heart, a song, a poem, or a story to share!

On behalf of Creative Play Residency community,
