Core Club is a free, low-key community walk for people navigating the unpredictability of gut health, or supporting someone who is.
No expectations. Just a walk with people who actually get it.
This month we're walking Westhaven drive from St Marys Bay Park along the waterfront to Silo Park and back. It's a flat, easy route with plenty of space to move at your own pace, step away if needed, and chat naturally along the way.
Come as you are. Bring comfortable shoes and a water bottle.

You can share what’s been working, what hasn’t, or just listen.
We'll finish with an open chat for anyone who wants to stay.
Details:
When: Sunday, 26th March @ 9:00am (1hr)
Where: We will meet on the grass at St Mary's Bay Park (along Westhaven Drive). Public Toilets at park.
Parking: 120min parking available as seen below.
On the day
9:00am — Meet on the grass at St Marys Bay Park, Westhaven Drive. Say hello, grab a drink if you've brought one.
9:05am — Quick intro from Hannah. Who we are and why we walk.
9:10am — We head off along the waterfront toward Silo Park and loop back to St Mary's Bay Park (Westhaven Drive)
10:00am — Warm down and open chat.
Good to know:
- The route is flat and easy underfoot
- Toilets are available at St Marys Bay Park (meeting point) and at Silo Park
- Feel free to step away at any point
