​This session will shine a light on neurodiversity one of the most under-considered yet powerful elements of a hiring strategy. Neurodiversity isn’t measured. It’s often misunderstood. But in truth, it’s a superpower. We’ll explore how to build inclusive hiring strategies that celebrate neurodiverse talent and foster environments where everyone can thrive.
