Liminal Soil: A Circle for Connection, Resilience, and Belonging
In a time of uncertainty, many of us are asking:
How do I stay present without shutting down?
How do I remain connected without becoming overwhelmed?
How do I serve life without burning out?
This online circle, guided by Nathalia Manso and hosted by Voices of Emergence in collaboration with The Regeneration Collective, offers a grounded introduction to The Work That Reconnects, the group process developed by Joanna Macy and colleagues.
The Regeneration Collective is a global community and this gathering is part of that larger movement of reconnecting inner life, collective care, and systemic transformation.
Together, we will create space to:
acknowledge what we feel about the state of the world
strengthen our inner resilience and emotional capacity
remember our belonging to the living Earth
reconnect with motivation that comes from care rather than fear
This session will be experiential, participatory, and held in circle.

About Voices of Emergence
Voices of Emergence is a platform for conversations, courses, and gatherings exploring the meeting point between inner transformation and systemic regeneration. It is a space for shared inquiry into how we stay present, relational, and life-serving in a time of profound change.
It is co-created by Rudy de Waele and Alex de Carvalho. Rudy brings a background in regenerative innovation, community building, and cultural transformation. Alex brings a cross-cultural lens shaped by leadership, coaching, systems thinking, and depth-oriented inquiry.
Together, they host spaces for reflection, dialogue, and grounded action.
