Catch the SWELL: Thursday Drop-in for Women Founders

​Catch the momentum and build together.

​Join us at The Swell for our weekly founder drop-in. Come once, or come every week. There’s no pitch, no prep, and no commitment—just a space to work alongside other founders, share ideas, and ride the momentum of a supportive community.

​How it runs: A relaxed rhythm
Show up when you can, stay as long as you need.

• ​9:30 AM – Open Work: Arrive, grab coffee, and work on your own thing.

• ​10:30 AM – The Sharing Circle: A short, casual circle where a couple of women share a tool, tactic, or question.

• ​11:30 AM – Afternoon, Open: Keep working, wander the space, or grab lunch with someone you just met.

​Be Part of the First Wave
We are officially launching The Swell! The first 50 members to join us become founding members and will receive a personalized mini wooden surfboard that will be permanently installed in our space at SURF Incubator.

​Swell is built for women and non-binary founders, the programming, mentor network, and community are designed around their experience. Participation is open to any founder who's aligned with that mission.
