Simon Rose has over 19 years of experience in executive search and talent solutions within the medical and healthcare sector. Throughout my career, I have successfully placed over 50 business leaders across 10 countries on three continents. I lead the APAC practice for Boyd & Moore across eight offices, partnering with both international and domestic clients of all sizes to identify the right talent and drive continued growth, while also advising companies on market entry strategies.
Deepak Jamle has 12+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical marketing & medical communications & has migrated to Singapore in 2022. He struggled with finding the job, applied to >400 jobs, attended >50 events, attended multiple experts sessions. Changed his approach & landed more than 6 interviews. Recently he helped Indian MedCom company to expand in Singapore & in Co-founded RushesGroup in 2024. Currently he is heading marketing for ARQon Group
