W*F is an AI Agent?

​Everyone keeps saying "AI agents" and most of us just nod along. So we asked Franco, an AI engineer, to come explain it properly and show us how to set one up.

​It's beginner-level. No coding, no jargon, no assumed background. If you're already using LLMs like Claude or ChatGPT and want to know what comes next, this one's for you.

​The main question we're after: what actually makes an AI an "agent" instead of just a chatbot? Franco and Sun will walk through it and bring demos, because it lands a lot better once you see one working. Some of them will probably go sideways, which is honestly useful, since knowing when to step in is a big part of using these things well.

​Then you'll set up one. Bring a laptop or your phone and you'll leave having given an agent a small task of your own and watch it run, with Franco in the room to answer whatever comes up.
