Live in SAP’s Generative AI Hub, we build it from scratch: a prompt, a reusable template, and an orchestration pipeline with data masking and content filtering. Using a fictional customer scenario, this practical session shows the building blocks in action and how they fit together.
Session 2: Boosting Support & Cloud Operations with Agentified Workflows

👋 About the Speakers
Gábor Timár: Gabor is an SAP Basis Consultant specializing in Transport Management in SAP Solution Manager. Alongside his daily work, he explores generative AI through self-directed learning and hands-on experimentation in SAP’s Generative AI Hub. In this session, he shares what he has built and learned, demonstrating how a fictional customer email can be transformed into structured data. He brings a practitioner’s perspective, making the first steps approachable for fellow SAP professionals exploring these tools.
Lőrinc Csendes: Drawing on his hands-on background in cloud recovery and his team's 2023 SAP CDX "Best Automation Solution" award, Product Owner Lőrinc Csendes is building an Agentic Cloud Operations platform at SAP that automatically detects, triages, and resolves infrastructure issues to progressively eliminate manual intervention across the entire cloud estate.
János Nagy: As an IT Strategic Portfolio Manager at SAP in Budapest, János Nagy bridges business strategy and IT execution by drawing on his background in customer support transformation to drive the adoption of SAP Business AI and orchestrate executive portfolio delivery aligned with corporate goals.
