Key Facts: The fund has now re-opened for investment, and will be taking expressions of interest until the 30th of September 2025 for our autumn close. Your monies will be deployed into 8-10 EIS-qualifying, Seed-Series A+ impact-driven ventures across climate, health, education, and inclusion over 12-18 months from subscription. 61% of the Fund’s investments are climate-focused, and 43% have at least one female founder.
Target Return: 2.5-3x over 4-7 years, net of fees and excluding tax reliefs
Deployment: 8-10 EIS-qualifying investments over 12-18 months from subscription
