November 10 Eugene Round Table Club

Round Table Members and Invited Guests,

Please join us on November 10 for evening #2 of Round Table's 2026-2027 season.

6:00pm - Social Hour & Bar Open
7:00pm - Program/Dinner

Hank Childs, Professor (and Department Head!) of Computer Science at UO will join us to talk about an issue that you might have heard something about: artificial intelligence. As I type, Anthropic has released its S-1 to go public, making this the perfect time for Hank to share his expertise about this technology and it's potential impact on the world, our community, and our individual lives.

Jim Earl will give our "Moment".

As always, members are encouraged to bring spouses, significant others, and guests. Just make sure you pay the guest fee of $40 (the fee for a prospective member can be waived — just give us a heads up).

To ensure your meal preferences, please RSVP by 5pm on Friday, November 6.

Thank you,
Andrew Kalloch, President, Round Table Club
