Majda Labadi, former Executive Vice President at Hikma Pharmaceuticals, spent 38 years and played an instrumental role in the company’s growth from a small local pharmaceutical manufacturer into a $5B+ global organization. Her career spanned business development, manufacturing, procurement, operations, general management, and human resources, including 14 years leading Group HR. Today, she remains active as an angel investor, board member, advisor, and mentor to entrepreneurs and growing businesses.
