Join us this Saturday for the grand kickoff at The Frequency Method's new heated space. Be among the first to experience our hot room. Elevate your frequency! The temperature's is rising and the energy is just right. This class is at 95-99 degrees at 40% humidity. Hosted by the fabulous Rachel! This is a high frequency space that will launch with fire moves to challenge your morning.
