Regenerative Transformation - Stewarding places across generations
What changes when we see places as living systems - and take responsibility for what we leave behind?
Join Alexanda Whitcombe and Devorah Block for a participatory learning workshop applying tools from place literacy. foresight, systems thinking, and regenerative practice to a place-futures scenario.
This workshop is for policymakers, practitioners, community organisers and others working to shape more just, resilient futures. If you’re trying to shift systems, this is for you.
You can expect to come away with new perspectives on:
the relational dynamics shaping our places
how these patterns are maintained and reproduced
our role within the systems we inhabit
our responsibility toward those who will follow
regenerative futures and pathways for place
The core session runs from 9:30–13:00, followed by a shared lunch for anyone who would like to stay on, continue the conversation, and connect more informally with others interested in regenerative futures.
This experiential workshop offers an introduction to some of the key tools and processes that are developed in our multi-part laboratories.
