His keynote walks through what actually breaks as we age — and why these systems fail together rather than separately. Then the part most longevity talks skip: how understanding becomes therapy, and how therapy becomes a company, through his lab's drug discovery platforms DRIFT and CANDI. And where precision health, therapeutics, and longevity science create white space for new products, companies, and capital.

About the speaker
Dr. Nikolay Dokholyan is the Weir M. and Linden C. Tucker Professor of Neurology at the University of Virginia School of Medicine, where he leads the Center for Health Intelligence. Trained as a physicist before moving into biology, he has published over 370 peer-reviewed papers, founded two biotech companies, and serves as Editor-in-Chief of Proteins.
He is a Fellow of the American Physical Society, the AAAS, and the American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering, and has testified before the U.S. Senate on the Alzheimer's crisis. His lab works on neurodegeneration, computational drug discovery, and AI-driven therapeutic design.
