[Workshop] GenAI Video Production: Creative Workflows and Team Collaboration

Grahame from Hype will share how the team blends traditional production techniques with GenAI to deliver high-quality client video. He’ll cover the creative process, how assets, iterations and feedback are managed when several people work on one production, and a practical walkthrough of HypeFlow, the creative operations platform Hype built to connect work from the initial brief through handoffs, review and approval.
About Grahame
Grahame is an Art Director and Head of GenAI Production at Hype. He started in photography and videography for documentary and television production before moving into 3D and motion graphics, and founded his own media company in Hong Kong in 2020. He now combines that experience with GenAI workflows for client work.
