Spill the Truth: Taking Action Against Offshore Drilling
Join Oceana at San Diego Green Drinks during San Diego Climate Week for an evening of conversation, community, and coastal connections. Inspired by this year’s theme, Unity, we’ll explore Oceana’s two decade history of bringing communities together in opposition to expanded offshore oil drilling in California- from local resolutions and statewide advocacy to Congressional pushes, even during these trying times.
Connect with fellow ocean lovers, learn how to get involved, and help protect the coast we love.

TRANSIT and PARKING: Street parking is available and a parking garage is available on 30th Street for $5.
FOOD and DRINK: A variety of drinks and food are available for purchase.

About Green Drinks:
San Diego Green Drinks (SDGD) is a monthly networking group for professionals or individuals interested in the sustainability field. We typically meet on the third Thursday of each month at a local bar to discuss different environmental issues with a speaker followed by open networking. These events are casual, drinking is optional, and anyone interested is encouraged to attend.
