Welcome autumn with an easy, all-levels group walk along the Bernal Heights loop, paired with guided mindset prompts to help you reflect and release what's ready to be let go this season.
This is dedicated "you" time to connect with other professionals who know the toll of limited bandwidth and the Sunday scaries. Expect real conversation, clarity, and practical tools for quieting the overwhelm, all while moving through a scenic, low-key city trail. No hiking experience needed, just comfortable shoes and an open mind.
Led by Ash Hannig, former Microsoft Sustainability Manager and now Program Director with Move Mountains and personal Mindset Coach. Tickets are free for Members and $10 for Non-members.

Ash Hannig spent years in corporate sustainability at Microsoft and Persefoni, helping companies untangle messy carbon data and build confidence in their climate work. Along the way, she saw firsthand how often the people doing this work were running on empty, herself included, which led her to pivot into leadership development and coaching. Today, through Move Mountains and her own coaching practice, she supports professionals carrying big missions and high pressure, helping them navigate burnout, reconnect with themselves, and build more sustainable ways of leading. She's especially passionate about creating spaces that blend mindset, nature, and honest conversation, because the people trying to build a better world need to be sustainable too.
