Leadershift PeerCircle Discovery: EI in the Age of AI ✦ Geo Melestean

PeerCircle Discovery Session

EI in the Age of AI ✦ Geo Melestean

A free 75-minute taster where you experience a real PeerCircle: a grounded check-in, a live case from someone in the group, and a clear next step if it’s a fit.

Shift: Emotional intelligence for leading with clarity and trust in the AI era.

Who it’s for

Senior product, tech, design, and people leaders navigating rapid change, high stakes, and complex team dynamics - especially inside organizations adopting AI tools, copilots, and automation (where decision speed is higher, context is noisier, and collaboration is being reshaped).

For leaders who want practical, everyday EQ in how they work: self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, communication, feedback, trust-building, and judgment.

• What you’ll experience

  1. How LeaderShift PeerCircles work

  2. A live case from a participant: we’ll slow it down and practice EI in a real leadership moment shaped by speed/ambiguity

  3. You'll commit to one small, practical experiment that you’ll test this week to respond more skilfully under pressure

  4. How the full PeerCircle journey works

Facilitated by Geo Melestean, an organizational psychologist and professional coach working with founders and leaders in tech-driven environments.
