​Polina Tarnopolsky

​Polina Tarnopolsky is the Founder and Managing Partner of 5D Global, where she oversees product innovation and strategy across healthcare, finance, real estate, and technology sectors. With more than 25 years of experience as a Product Innovation Designer and Strategist, she has led teams through the full product lifecycle, from concept and prototype development to MVP and commercial release.

​Her career highlights include contributions to Zelle, Siemens, Hearst Health Innovation Lab, McKesson, and Bank of America, as well as recognition as a co-inventor on two U.S. patents in enterprise event automation and pharmaceutical systems. She is certified as a Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), ScrumMaster (CSM), and Accessibility Specialist (508, WCAG, ISO).

​At 5D Global, Polina Tarnopolsky has scaled the firm from its inception to a 7-figure global network in just two years, positioning the company as a trusted partner for both commercial and government clients. She is passionate about advancing product innovation, fostering collaboration, and delivering solutions that drive meaningful impact.
