This panel discussion will focus on the impact of the EU policies regarding energy transition on consumers. It will start with a keynote by a renowned academic expert in the field, professor Johan Eyckmans.
Topics include the expanding scope of ETS2, mandatory renovation and renewable energy vs. affordability.
This presentation will be followed by a discussion with two EU-parliamentarians and prominent stakeholders (FEBEG, Embuild and Testachats) on the challenges consumers face and how these can be mitigated.
The session will be concluded with final remarks by professor Eyckmans.
