โ€‹The DeFi Builders Who Never Left ๐Ÿ”ฅ

โ€‹Every cycle, the discourse changes. "DeFi is dead." "Ethereum is too slow." "Memecoins ate the industry." "Regulators will shut it all down."

โ€‹And every cycle, the same thing happens. The talking heads rotate. The narratives flip. The capital chases the next shiny chain. And meanwhile, in the background, the same group of people keeps shipping.

This is not a panel where founders pitch their projects. This is a roundtable where builders talk to each other, in front of an audience, about what it actually looks like to build DeFi on Ethereum in 2026. The regulatory landscape post CLARITY Act. The economics of running protocols when revenue actually matters again. The opportunities hiding in the verticals nobody is paying attention to.

โ€‹The State of DeFi in 2026

โ€‹Three forces are reshaping how we build right now.

โ€‹Regulation. The CLARITY Act drew lines that didn't exist before. Some primitives are clearly commodities now. Some operators of fake-decentralized projects are facing real legal consequences. The era of hiding behind buzzwords is ending, and that's actually good news for protocols that are genuinely credibly neutral.

โ€‹Costs. Gas is no longer the bottleneck on L2s, but infrastructure costs are still real. Running an oracle network, maintaining a prediction market, managing an active DAO treasury, none of it is free. The protocols that survive are the ones that figured out sustainable economics, not the ones that depended on emissions forever.

โ€‹Opportunities. Revenue sharing is back. Real yield is back. On-chain treasuries are back. The narrative around "useless tokens" is collapsing under the weight of protocols that actually distribute revenue to holders. AMMs are evolving with V4 hooks. Privacy tools are getting compliant by design. NFTs are quietly becoming the most flexible financial primitive on Ethereum. Oracles and prediction markets are powering an entire generation of new applications.

โ€‹This is the conversation we want to have. Honestly, technically, without the marketing varnish.

โ€‹The Roundtable ๐ŸŽ™๏ธ

โ€‹Builders from across the Ethereum stack, one table, one open conversation. We'll cover the full surface of what DeFi has become:

  • โ€‹DAOs and on-chain governance

  • โ€‹Revenue sharing protocols and the return of real yield

  • โ€‹AMMs and the post V4 liquidity landscape

  • โ€‹Privacy tools and the design space for credibly neutral compliance

  • โ€‹Oracles and the data infrastructure powering everything

  • โ€‹Prediction markets and on-chain truth machines

โ€‹Each builder represents a different vertical, but they're all answering the same question: where is real value being created on Ethereum today, and where is it going next?

โ€‹What You'll Walk Away With ๐Ÿง

โ€‹A clear view of the post CLARITY Act regulatory landscape and what it means for DeFi protocols The real economics of building and running protocols in 2026, costs, revenue, sustainability Why revenue sharing is the dominant narrative shift of this cycle The state of AMM design after Uniswap V4 hooks and what's next for liquidity How privacy tools are evolving toward credibly neutral, regulation-resistant architectures The role of NFTs as flexible financial primitives beyond collectibles Why oracles and prediction markets are critical Ethereum infrastructure, not niche verticals.

โ€‹How It Works ๐Ÿ› ๏ธ

โ€‹Show up, no technical background required, just curiosity Listen, builders discuss the state of their verticals openly Ask questions, the audience drives where the conversation goes Connect, meet the Ethereum community in Tbilisi.

โ€‹AFTERPARTY!

โ€‹After the panel TekoraLab is organizing an after party with DJ OD-MLN
