Build Your Agentic Workflow — Hands-on AI Engineering Workshop
A hands-on workshop where you build a real agentic workflow in Claude Code. You will not just watch a demo or follow a passive tutorial.
You'll work in a real Next.js app with Supabase and Vercel. Agents built from plain Markdown files take tickets from idea to production.
What you'll learn
• The difference between a skill, an agent and a rule, and when to use each.
• How to write Markdown workflows that encode engineering judgment: component scaffolding, tests, code review, database migrations and release steps.
• How to compose them: a feature-builder agent that builds your tickets, and a release-manager agent that ships them to production.
• How to keep AI safe in a real repo: what it may never do alone, like reading secrets, changing the production database or pushing without asking.
What you leave with
A working .claude/ folder of agents and skills, and the know-how to bring it to your own codebase.
Who it's for
Frontend and full-stack developers who already use AI tools and want them to follow their team's standards.
What to bring
A laptop with Node.js 22.13+, pnpm and Claude Code, plus free GitHub, Supabase and Vercel accounts. A setup guide is sent before the workshop.
Your host
Evangelia Mitsopoulou, fullstack frontend engineer with 20 years of experience (Google, Elastic, ETH Zurich), speaker at React Summit, and founder of Philomath Academy.
