About Event

AI is moving fast, and so is the pressure to ship. In government and civic tech, that pressure collides with some of the most complex, high-stakes user bases: people navigating benefits systems, public services, and civic life, often with little margin for error.

This panel is about slowing down to ask the question that's easiest to skip: who are we actually building for, and are we building it well?
