​Info

​WHAT: A guided breathwork experience, similar to holotropic breathing, designed to help you reset, release, and expand.

​WHY: Psychedelic Breath is about letting go of what’s stuck and expanding into whatever comes next. It’s a proven technique, also used in business settings to kickstart creative flow and open minds - at retreats, events, or workshops.

​HOW: Through dynamic breathing, synchronized with deep electronic music, we quiet the prefrontal cortex - the part of the brain that controls (over)thinking and judgment.

​WHO: Led by Dr. Natalie Tillack, licensed Psychedelic Breath Teacher and science PhD based in Berlin. On the decks will be our one-and-only joseph!, who will prepare special soundscapes for you to guide you, your body, and your mind. Great for first-timers; no prior experience needed.

​WHERE: Kreuzberg, in a beautiful studio with a rooftop terrace. If the Berlin weather allows, we’ll take it outside.

​WHEN: 19:30-21:00. Doors open at 19:00 and will close at 19.40.

​Fine Print

​COUNTER INDICATIONS: Psychedelic Breath™ is a safe practice, but there are counter indications. It is not recommended if you have high blood pressure, history of strokes or heart attacks, epilepsy, clinical anxiety or psychosis, during pregnancy, or if you had recent upper-body surgery.

​COST: Psychedelic Breath™ is a licensed technique, which means a minimum charge applies. Your ticket includes tea, essential oils, and support from helpers. If finances are tight, let us know and we can help you stay liquid.

​FILMING: We may film parts of the session to create a short promo video. If your face is clearly visible in any chosen clips, we’ll always ask for your consent before publishing. If you already know you prefer not to be included at all, just let us know when you arrive.
