About Event

Carbon neutrality is a valuable step on your journey towards decarbonisation and SBTi alignment, but only when it's done the right way.

ISO 14068-1:2023 has replaced PAS 2060 as the internationally recognised standard for carbon neutrality claims. Yet many businesses are still exposing themselves to risk by continuing to align with the outdated PAS 2060 model, or by working with private-label Carbon Neutral alternatives that apply their own, in many cases arbitrary, rules that aren't aligned with the independent ISO standard.

Join us to hear directly from the experts on what carbon neutrality really means, the hidden risks in some carbon neutral certification routes and how to build a defensible, audit-ready ISO strategy step by step.

Topics we'll cover:

  • What is (and isn’t) carbon neutrality: From PAS 2060 to ISO 14068-1

  • The hidden risks: where some carbon neutral certification routes fall short (and why that's now a regulatory as well as reputational problem)

  • How to achieve carbon neutrality, in-line with ISO 14068-1

  • What good looks like: a case study with Kyocera

  • Key takeaways and practical next steps for businesses

This session is hosted by Steve Dickenson, Commercial Director, Climate Impact at Ecologi.

Panelists will be announced soon.
