Workshop: How we practice trauma-informed design at Chayn

​Join this in-depth workshop on CHAYN's trauma-informed design principles and our participatory practice. You'll get to hear about how we came to settle on these 8 and how they've been used in our day-to-day work.

Our trauma-informed design principles are foundational to everything at Chayn, from our HR processes to content writing to user research to product and service design. The principles ensure our practices are centred around the experiences of survivors and put their welfare first. If you're running a non-profit or a tech company that has concerns around trust and safety, there will be lots of material of use to you!
