Backstory

During Covid, another founder and I wanted to hang out, have a drink, and talk about business. But since all the bars were closed, it had to be outdoors.

What we came up with was pretty wild.

There is a reflex trail close to Stockholm, running through a completely dark forest.

A reflex trail is a route through the forest designed to be used in the dark. Small reflective markers are placed on trees along the route. You wear a headlamp, and when the light hits a reflector, it shows you where to go next. You simply follow the reflectors through the forest.

We brought water bottles - but filled them with whisky.

Needless to say, that night became legendary. So now we are doing it again, and this time you are invited.

How to get here:
- Take an Bolt or Uber. It is about 20 Euro ride to get here and no bus goes here

What to bring:

  • A headlamp if you have one. Otherwise, make sure your phone is fully charged so you can use the flashlight.

  • Clothes and shoes that can get dirty.

  • Half a bottle of whisky. Seriously.

  • Bolt/Uber set up on your phone, so someone can pick you up if/when you get completely lost.

What you can expect:

  • To connect deeply with startup people.

  • To get lost in the forest.

  • To sleep really well. The hike is about 6 KM, but it takes some hours to walk

  • A night you will probably remember for a very long time.
