​❤️ The Backyard Film Club May 2026 Film Circle

​​The Backyard Film Club (TBFC) is a community-based film club for people who love film and want to share that passion with others. All levels of interest are welcome, whether you watch everything at the cinema or have a handful of films that changed your life.

​​Film Circle is our monthly meetup where each person introduces a film, scene, or character they love and shares it with a small group.

​​🎬 Come ready to share a film, scene, or character you love. Here's what to think about beforehand:

• ​​Which film scene character are you introducing?

• ​​Why did you choose it?

• ​​Which part of it was your favorite?

• ​​What did you take away from it?

• ​​What is an aspect of the film you’d like to ask others about?

​​(About 10–15 minutes per person. You are encouraged to prepare beforehand!)

​📍 Venue: Real Food, 181 Orchard Road #02-16 Orchard Central. It's buy-your-own-drinks, so we'd love for everyone to grab something while we're there!

​​Minimum age to participate is 18 and above.
