Build an AI Outreach Agent in 8 Days
Walk into Monday with a list of the right people and a note for each one in your voice. You read it. You send it.
In four calls across 8 days, you build the agent that does the finding, the scoring, and the drafting for your business. Build in plain English. No code. It never sends a thing on its own.
Brought to you by founders who know the outreach pain firsthand.
The TL;DR
You build an AI outreach agent for your own business, from scratch, in plain English. No code. It drafts, you review and send.
Four calls across 8 days. One 60-minute office hour, then three 90-minute live sessions, with recordings.
Every call at 1pm Eastern, 10am Pacific.
About 2 hours of homework between calls.
15 founders max, so everyone gets real help.
A Slack channel for questions. It stays open after the sessions end.
Your course hub, with every recording, resource, and prompt, for 6 months after the accelerator.
Does this sound like you?
You don't code and you don't want to.
You know who you should reach out to, and weeks go by without a single message.
Finding the right people eats up 90% of your time.
You want to use AI but don't know where to start.
You want AI to write the drafts, and you want the final say on every one.
You'd like to build something you understand and can keep improving.
You know your customer and your message, or you're ready to write them down. We give you a prompt pack for that.
Calls will be 1pm Eastern / 10am Pacific
Mon Nov 2
Wed Nov 4
Fri Nov 6
Tue Nov 10
Envision a new Monday
Every Monday at 8am, your agent starts itself and does five things. Then it stops and waits for you.
Finds the right contacts.
Checks who you already talked to, so nobody hears from you twice.
Scores each person as a good fit or not and tells you.
Writes a short note for each good fit, in your voice.
Puts everything in a list, ready for you to read.
You read the list. You change what you want. You send the ones you like. About a minute per person, instead of the 8-12 hours a week it took to find them and write.
What you walk away with
An AI agent that does your outreach homework every week.
A scout that finds the right people and ensures that no one hears from you twice.
A short note in your voice for each person. You read it, change it, and send it.
An outreach flow that starts on a schedule and lives on its own web page, in your brand.
A full understanding of what you built, and the tools to keep improving it.
How it works
Grab your seat. Checkout is here on Luma. The onboarding and setup prompt comes a week before we start.
Run the setup prompt, then show up Nov 2. Paste it into Claude, and it sets up your computer and your accounts with you, step by step. You click every sign-in button yourself. It never sees a password. The office hour is for whatever's left. Don't worry we'll give you what you need beforehand.
Build two parts of your agent per call. Three live calls, and you leave Nov 10 with your agent running on its own.
The Breakdown
Four calls, not eight days of meetings. Every call is live and recorded, with about two hours of homework between them. Here is what happens at each one.
Prework, a week before.
You get the setup prompt. Paste it into your AI tool, and it checks your computer, installs what's missing, and walks you through each free account one at a time. About an hour. You click every sign-in button yourself. It never sees a password.
Monday, Nov 2. Open office hour, 60 minutes.
Nothing is built yet. This hour is for whatever got stuck during your setup and for your questions before the sessions start.
Finish any account that didn't go through.
Make your first folder.
Ask anything, live.
You leave with your computer ready, your accounts made, and your first folder.
Wednesday, Nov 4. Session 1. Teach it who you are.
You can't ask an agent to do a job that isn't defined. So the first session is the job and the facts. Before this call, have your business context ready. Who you sell to, what you offer, how you sound, and your rules. If it isn't written down yet, the prompt pack in your course hub gets you there. Bring one company you'd love as a customer.
Turn your business context into short fact pages, called briefs.
Write your agent's job description, including what it must never do.
Chat with it and see what it knows about your business. Fix what it got wrong.
You leave with an agent that knows your business and its job.
Friday, Nov 6. Session 2. Give it hands and skills.
Now it can act. Tools are how it finds people and checks who you've already talked to. Skills are the steps it follows to score a person and write a note. Before this call, read every brief, answer the gaps it flagged, and look up how many notes your LinkedIn plan allows per month.
Connect the tool that finds people and the one that checks who you've already talked to.
Teach it two skills. Score a person, and write a note that sounds like you.
Write the weekly steps in order so it follows them in the same way on every run.
You leave with an agent that finds people, scores them, and drafts notes for you to read, tried on the one company you brought.
Tuesday, Nov 10. Session 3. Give it a home and let it run.
The last session connects the pieces and runs the whole thing. Before this call, read the score and the note it wrote for your company and fix anything that doesn't sound like you.
Make its memory, a place to keep every person, note, and status, so a rerun never adds someone twice.
Deploy your agent to the web with its own link.
Set the schedule, so it starts on its own. Then do the first full run and the Friday check-up.
You leave with a live agent that runs every week. Plus a scorecard of the hours it gave back.
Your guide
"I built Scout because building traction in my new startup keeps me up at night."
I'm Maurisa Westbury, the Founder of DamnSuper.ai, a new startup. Right now, the whole game is proving the concept. That means finding the right people and getting outreach off my plate, every week, without it eating the hours I need for everything else. So I built the agent that does it.
Eighteen years of building data products for government agencies and large companies taught me one rule. Map the job, measure it, and test it before anyone trusts it. My agents get the same treatment.
For the last 18 months, I've been building AI agents for my own businesses and side projects. Scout is the outreach agent from those builds, and you'll make your own version.
Hosted by Alenka Kyslik, founder of SAHA Collective, for the Rent a Founder Club. Fifteen years building software products from concept to launch, and three years of hourly co-founding, helping founders get their products in front of clients.
Want the deep look?
Every agent is the same six pieces. A job. Your facts. Its tools. Its skills. A place to put the work. A schedule. View what each piece does for you, what it looks like in Scout, and the one idea to leave with, plus FAQ's.
Take a deep look at the accelerator.
If you wait
Another quarter of Mondays spent finding, checking, and writing by hand. The price steps up every week until Nov 6, and the room is capped at 15. When the seats are gone, they're gone.
Grab your seat above.
The setup prompt comes a week before the office hour, so you start ready.
Rent a Founder Club
Working with people who have never been where you are sucks.
When someone has been through what you're going through, it makes all the difference.
Rent a Founder literally means that. You are renting time with fellow founders who have been through what you are going through. Not sales or marketing gurus. People who have been in the trenches and are willing to get their hands dirty with you.
