About Event
The Startup Simulation is an in-person startup simulation that brings founders, investors, mentors and ecosystem partners together to navigate real decisions, tradeoffs and uncertainty, before the stakes are real.
Players allocate limited resources, build a team, choose where to focus and respond to uncertainty. Decisions compound over time, surfacing patterns and blind spots through safe failure and reflection.
All of the participants encounter fundraising, team building, resource allocation and go-to-market decisions in a shared experience that can make later workshops, mentoring and ecosystem relationships more valuable.
