About Event

Most leaders of fast-growing companies are working hard to build high-performing teams. What they don't always realize is how much that performance depends on trust and how quickly trust can erode in key moments.

In this session, executive coach Ramona Harvey (eBay, Twitter, SoFi) and marketing and people operations leader Chris Malin (Apple, eBay, Google) make the case that trust breakdown is both a personal leadership problem and an organizational systems problem, and that building high performance requires you to solve both.

Drawing on research, firsthand culture-building experience, and work coaching senior leaders inside some of the world's fastest-growing AI companies, they give founders, team leaders, and people managers a map of where trust can break down and exactly how to build (or rebuild) it.

You’ll leave with an understanding of the 3 layers where trust must be built, 15 specific trust-building behaviors directly correlated with team performance, and one concrete thing you can do differently this week.

For: Senior leaders, people managers, and founders navigating fast growth.
