AI for Non-Profits

You can cancel your place and request a full refund up to 7 days before the session starts. Please use the “Contact host” option on the Luma event page.

Refunds requested within 7 days of the session are not normally available, as places are limited. However, please get in touch if your circumstances change. We will consider requests fairly and may be able to offer a transfer to another session.

If AI for Charities cancels or materially changes the date, time or format of a session, you can choose either a full refund or a transfer to another session.

Refunds are made to the original payment method and usually arrive within 5–10 working days.

If you do not attend the session, a refund will not normally be available.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

This session is for people who are new to AI, or who have tried a tool but still feel unsure. The session will combine short explanations, live examples and a small guided exercise using safe, everyday non-profit tasks.

People should leave with a simple way to start using AI for one everyday task, a prompt structure they can adapt and one realistic next step.

AI for Non-Profits is led by Katie Vincent and Kirsty Passmore, former non-profit chief execs with formal AI training at distinction level and decades of experience in non-profit leadership, organisational change and governance.
