Evento Colectivo: A Gathering of Connection & Stewardship
Imagine a beautiful night shared with others of like mind, that WE co-create with ambiance, music, guest speaker, plant-based food, and zero-waste.
Everyone participates, in some way by bringing food, cleaning up, or donating to cover the space.
Kind of house party meets Ted Talk.
The difference is that we can come together recognizing the impact we make on each other every day of our lives as an opportunity. We can create new culture that honors life and each other.
We are stewards in this place called Earth.

Jesse Chen will speak on Ancestral Leadership and the Guardians of the Forest, based on his experience visiting the indigenous Shipibo in the Amazon rainforest.

For this experience, the main objective is to say that everyone has something meaningful to share with the community (next time you might have the mic), to strengthen bonds and our commitment to living a life that serves life on earth for future generations.
To that end it is a zero waste event and plant-based, not to follow any dogma but to delight in how the plant world can feed us.
May this be one of many efforts to live a life dedicated to kindness, a plenty, a recognition of the wisdom that is already present and our beautiful connection all of life.

Plant-based Potluck Dinner & Zero Waste Practices:
This event focuses on healthy delicious plant-based potluck dinner, where we encourage everyone to bring a dish to share. As we strive for zero waste practices, please bring your own reusable plate, utensils, and cup. low-waste food preparation solutions.
If you did have to generate waste, please take it back with you when you leave.
If bringing food is just too complicated for you for what ever reason, please consider donating ahead of time directly with Erin MacDonald so we can buy and prepare a beautiful meal ahead of time.
