EUDIW Unfold #3 - Ecosystem
The European Digital Identity Wallet (EUDIW) is becoming increasingly tangible. Technical specifications are maturing, national implementations are gaining momentum, and the deadlines set at the European level are fast approaching. The time has come to move from preparation to execution.
Following the success of the previous editions of EUDIW Unfold, which brought together technology providers and ecosystem actors to explore and operationalize the European Digital Identity Wallet, we are pleased to invite you to the next session of the series.
This session continues the transition from experimentation to deployment. With technical specifications stabilizing and national roadmaps advancing, the coming months are decisive. By the end of 2026, every Member State is expected to provide a Wallet, making interoperability testing and concrete service integration an immediate priority.
EUDIW Unfold aims to convene the broadest possible ecosystem. While the Large Scale Pilots (LSPs) have established essential foundations, many service providers, attribute issuers, wallet developers, and relying parties are now entering the implementation phase. This session is designed to support that shift by enabling practical exchanges, demonstrations, and collaboration opportunities.
The day will combine plenary sessions and breakout sessions. The plenary will host presentations and live demonstrations illustrating the current state of European implementations and ongoing ecosystem initiatives. Throughout the day, breakout sessions will allow participants to engage more directly on specific topics, exchange operational feedback, and explore integration scenarios in smaller groups. A provisional agenda will be sent shortly.
Following feedback from previous editions, greater on-site participation will be possible. This session will accommodate a significantly larger audience, with 220 seats available for in-person attendance.
