[BTS] Enneagram Pt 2: Discussion Section

​As a followup to our first BTS talk about Enneagram, we're holding a part 2 to create space the community to ask questions and discuss how Enneagram can be used in coaching.

​Here's how it will work:

• ​Mayank will take 10 minutes to take what we learned in the previous Enneagram talk - types, wings, levels of consciousness, etc - and share how he incorporates that into his intro calls.

• ​Then we'll hold open conversation for the group to explore the topic further — asking additional questions, and sharing reactions, perspectives, thoughts, around the using the enneagram in coaching.

• ​Things we might end up discussing include:

  • ​What parts of the talk sparked something for you?

  • ​What fits or doesn’t fit, based on your experiences?

  • ​How might the Enneagram give you additional insight into your client's patterns? Or what do you use instead?

​Come mindmeld with our other community members and play around with how you might leverage Enneagram in your coaching practice
