​Matthew developed a multimer-compatible, web-based protein–ligand docking application integrated with the BAR API: he adapted and combined legacy scripts, implemented automated monomer extraction and parallel docking, added contact-frequency normalization to produce residue-level heatmaps, and validated the pipeline on plant receptors (e.g., 3riz, 5gij) with ligands such as BLD and TDIF
