​London is the city of empire and epidemic. The skyline bristles with glass towers of finance, while beneath them the NHS buckles and cures are sold off piece by piece. Behind the gothic facades of Bloomsbury and the sterile corridors of Whitehall, pandemics are still tallied as profit margins while politicians toast with donors in Mayfair.

​But the underground is already replicating. In squat labs in Hackney warehouses, in basement grow rooms in Brixton, in community gardens sprouting biotech along the canal—punks with pipettes and rogue healers are rewriting what medicine means. DIY biohackers and guerrilla herbalists are turning disease into dialogue, contagion into collective care.

​This isn’t a networking event. It’s a resistance cell. A clandestine convergence of the Biopunk underground: renegade virologists, street-level engineers, molecular saboteurs ready to crack open the empire of public health. We’ll trade intel in the shadow of Parliament, share survival strategies along the Thames, and build a new toolkit for the next outbreak on our own terms.
