​New York is the birthplace of grit. The city seethes and teems with a mass of humanity, the biological yearning to be free, breaking through cracks in the pavement.

​You've been pushed down + beaten up over the past few years. Since COVID hollowed out the city, there's been an underground resurgence where the truly strange have been thriving in the shadows of the subways, the sewers.

​Let's gather all the pizza rats, the gutterpunks and pipette jockeys who've been cast down from the upper east; the wage slaves yearning to be free.

​The planet is burning and the wealthy are toasting marshmallows on the ashes, doubling down on stock buybacks while the financiers continue to outlicense the most recent Ozempic from a Chinese sweat lab to sell it back to us at a 10,000% markup.

​We're not going to take it.
