​🥄 Wait, what’s biryani?

​Biryani is a fragrant rice dish made with spices and meat or vegetables. Across India, there are many regional styles, each with devoted fans who will happily explain why theirs is best. You’ll get to sample different styles over the course of the evening, whether you’re revisiting an old favorite or forming your very first biryani opinion.

​Did all of our biryani jokes go over your head? Come hungry and discover what the fuss is about. No prior biryani knowledge required. An appetite will do.
