Join us for a Sunset Floral Design Mini-Retreat for women entrepreneurs at women-owned Shady Oaks Flower Farm in Hackettstown, NJ.
Escape to a private flower farm for an evening of creativity, connection, and self-care. Tour the flower fields, create a floral arrangement with fresh-cut blooms grown just steps away, and unwind in a relaxed, small-group setting.
🎟 Spots are limited to 12 women. Leave refreshed, inspired, and with beautiful blooms to take home.

Women entrepreneurs at any stage — including small business owners, solopreneurs, freelancers, founders, creatives, and side hustlers — looking for meaningful in-person connection.

Meet Your Hosts
Amanda Ayers
Founder of Shady Oaks Flower Farm, Amanda grows seasonal flowers using sustainable practices and creates floral designs for weddings, events, and local flower lovers. At our Sunset Social, she'll share her founder story, lead the farm tour, and teach the floral design workshop.
Sharon Calle
Founder of BizBestie Walk and Luminosa Creative, Sharon creates small-group experiences that help women entrepreneurs connect in a relaxed, introvert-friendly environment. She'll guide the evening and help everyone feel welcome.
Weather Plan
This event will take place rain or shine. In the event of rain, the floral design workshop and social will move indoors to the barn and floral design studio. Portions of the farm tour and outdoor photo opportunities may be adjusted due to weather.

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
