Join us for a Sunset Floral Design Mini-Retreat for women entrepreneurs at women-owned Shady Oaks Flower Farm in Hackettstown, NJ.
Escape to a private flower farm for an evening of creativity, connection, and self-care. Tour the flower fields, create a floral arrangement with fresh-cut blooms grown just steps away, and unwind in a relaxed, small-group setting.
🎟 Spots are limited to 12 women. Leave refreshed, inspired, and with beautiful blooms to take home.

Women entrepreneurs at any stage — including small business owners, solopreneurs, freelancers, founders, creatives, and side hustlers — looking for meaningful in-person connection.
Our introvert-friendly events make conversations feel natural, especially when you're coming solo.

Sharon Calle, founder of BizBestie Walk and Luminosa Creative, will help everyone feel connected.
Amanda Ayers, founder of Shady Oaks Flower Farm, will lead the farm tour and teach our floral design workshop.
Weather Plan
This event will take place rain or shine. In the event of rain, the floral design workshop and social will move indoors to the barn and floral design studio. Portions of the farm tour and outdoor photo opportunities may be adjusted due to weather.

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
