Fire Flow & Frequency

​An evening of cacao, dance, ritual, and fire.

​On the night before Halloween, gather with us beneath the open sky and around the fire for a night of connection, expression, and a little magic. 🎃

​We’ll begin in circle with ceremonial cacao, opening our hearts and grounding into the space before moving into an embodied dance journey guided by Claire and carried by a live DJ set from Caitlin.

​Together, we’ll move between guidance and freedom, letting the music take us deeper into our bodies, our expression, and whatever wants to move through us. An invitation to let loose, tap into your wildness, and channel your inner witch.

​As the evening winds down, we’ll gather around the fire for a ritual of release and intention before closing together in circle.

​Come as you are. Bring your curiosity, your body, and a willingness to step into the magic of the night.

• ​5:30 pm Arrive, settle in & connect

• ​6:00 pm Opening Circle & Cacao Ceremony

• ​6:30 pm Embodied Dance with Live DJ

• ​8:00 pm Fire Ceremony

• ​8:30 pm Closing Circle

• ​8:30–9:00 pm Stay, connect & enjoy the fire

​What to Bring

• ​A mug or cup for cacao

• ​A journal + pen or pencil

• ​Water

• ​A blanket or towel

• ​Warm layers, we’ll be outside!

• ​Costumes welcome!
