With a career built on understanding what hiring managers and organisations look for in candidates, she knows firsthand what makes an application stand out and what holds one back.

Temwa is also the founder of The WALA Initiative, a youth development and career readiness organisation equipping young people in Malawi with the clarity, skills, and confidence to navigate their career paths and thrive in the workplace.
