Adrian Kinnersley - CEO of twentyAI and Co-founder of In2America. Adrian has personally launched and scaled multiple businesses in the US and relocated with his family from the UK to Texas. Today, he leads In2America, the only North American PEO focused exclusively on supporting international companies as they build and grow their US operations, from their first hire through to teams of 100+.
Dan Larkman - Founder and CEO of Keynes, a performance-focused Connected TV advertising platform that helps brands turn complex media data into measurable business outcomes. Since founding Keynes in 2018, Dan has helped advance CTV as a more transparent, accountable, and results-driven marketing channel. He brings extensive experience across digital advertising, ad operations, measurement, and client performance, including previous leadership roles at SteelHouse, now MNTN. Drawing on his own journey from the UK to the United States, Dan also shares practical insights with international founders seeking to launch, scale, and lead in the US market.
