Each session includes three parts:
1. Co-working Session
12:00 PM–2:00 PM
An open work session where founders collaborate, share ideas, and make progress alongside other serious operators. Open to all members.
2. Community Share & Expert Insight
2:00 PM–4:30 PM
A focused block featuring a community share, announcements, and a dedicated member expert session to deliver deep value. Open to all members.
3. Community Think Tank
4:45 PM–7:00 PM
A structured "hot seat" intervention where founders get the collective brainpower of the room focused entirely on their highest priority business challenge.
7:00 PM: optional group dinner.

What This Is:
A structured "hot seat" session where 3–5 founders bring a real, live situation—a problem they're stuck on, a decision they're weighing, or an opportunity they're sizing up—and get sharp, direct feedback from the room.
It is an intervention where the founder in the chair gets the collective brain of the room aimed at their #1 issue for ~25 minutes, then we move on.
Members who are not sitting in the hot seat participate as active contributors, providing strategic feedback and real-world insights.
